RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14 day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, no questions asked.

  • To qualify, items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at info@haloobrands.com or by using our contact form. Once your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
  • Refunds are not applicable to items that have been used or that have been received more than 14 days prior to the initial contact.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT OR DEFECTS

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURN FEES

To ensure fairness, all returns must follow our return procedure. If an item is returned used, damaged, or otherwise not in resellable condition, we cannot issue a refund. In these cases, the item will be shipped back to you and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
